What is your pricing structure?
Therapeutic Yoga: $10-13 per person, depending on distance traveling, sessions 1-1 ¼ hrs.
Workshops: $25 for 2 hrs.
Private Sessions*:
1 hour - $50 (If travel more than 20 min. $10 min. is added)
75 min. $65
90 min. $80
In-Service Presentations:
Up to 6 participants $100.
7 or more participants $150.
*Private yoga sessions are appropriate for seniors with special needs, those new to yoga and students who have special requests or needs for self-care.

Yoga Therapy: LifeForce Yoga for Managing one’s Mood & Energy. Perfect for those wanting more support while dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma & life transitions.
What is Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy?
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy helps when at an impasse in one’s life; such as feeling disconnected or blocked and as a support while in traditional therapy. The body is a resource with its own wisdom. PRYT helps one move forward in life. Sessions 1 ½ hrs.
What should I wear?
Yoga leggings or workout pants with 2 layers on top for warmth
What should I bring to yoga?
Your own yoga mat, a flatter type pillow, a blanket/beach towel, a long scarf or yoga strap (instructor will have some) & water for hydration.
Should I eat before yoga?
Eat only a snack, not a full meal before yoga.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy – For private sessions, in-services and workshops cancellation must be 48 hours prior, or you will be charged ½ the cost of a session, allowing for my lost time. Classes – 24 hours notice.
What types of payment are accepted?
